PRAWN & SQUID NAM PRIG PHAOW:Stir-fried king prawn & squid with roasted chili paste, onion, garlic, fresh chilli. & sweet basil leaves. 🌶️🌶️

TAMARIND DUCK: The Siam Seasons favourite – crispy deep fried duck fillet topped with tamarind sauce, cashew nut, caramelised shallot & topped with crispy spring green. (g)
